Edward Goodman (1945-2024) was a time-serving solicitor, an anti-censorship campaigner, and an amateur historian.
During his lifetime, he published two books. “BRITAIN: AN UNFREE COUNTRY” was co-authored with Terence DuQuesne and published in June 1986.
“RELUCTANT NURSE The Memoirs Of Marie Goodman (1915-2021)” was published September 9, 2022, the first anniversary of his mother’s death. The book is credited to her but I was given the task of editing it; he is the uncredited co-editor, and without him, it would never have come to pass.
The PDF version uploaded here has some very minor corrections from the hard copy.
In this segment from his live hangout, I go heads-up with AK. We discuss the usual matters but also the then war in Iran.

The case I couldn’t mention for legal reasons was the murder of James Knight by Emma-Jayne Magson.
