This audio file was uploaded to my main website as soon as I received it, on October 9, 2024, having been converted from a cassette tape the same day or the day before. It was entered in my personal bibliography thus:
“Al was on LBC Radio on Sunday, May 15, 1994 on Mike Allen’s NIGHTLINE phone-in at just after 23.30 speaking on the subject of UFOs. I made a couple of good points including that LBC has helped promote the myth by giving the Aetherius Society a platform. I think this went out on both LBC Newstalk and London Talkback Radio.”
Better late than never!
After me, some other people comment. The Dutchman alluded to by one caller is the Swiss con-man Erich von Däniken. He conned me too, but his so-called theories are still more plausible than Christianity or any other mainstream religion.
Mike Allen died December 4, 2015. Pete Murray is still alive and apparently still working at 99.
