This hangout is devoted in its entirety to Harvey Weinstein, whose New York conviction for rape was recently overturned by an appeal court.
Herein, I explain the relevance of the Molineux case from 1901, what in England is called bad character evidence, rape trauma syndrome, and the credibility of Weinstein’s accusers.
I also ask the inconvenient question, if this guy was raping women for decades, how come there was not one piece of contemporaneous evidence like a police report or even a medical report?
The hangout includes several clips of the special pleading of the #MeToo hags after the appeal, and Weinstein’s lawyer speaking to an outdoor crowd. I said the former was a sort of press conference; there may have been press present but this was really a gathering of true believers for true believers spouting their usual special pleading which amounts to “believe women”.
There is also an audio clip of a wired up Ambra Gutierrez talking to Weinstein.
