Then I discuss a new and ongoing attempt to bolster rape convictions in Northern Ireland (at the expense of justice). There is much talk here about alcohol.
Finally, I discuss the case of Neil Portnow, the optics of it rather than the case itself. Portnow is a music industry executive, and his (false) accuser is Jane Doe.
